What Is Veterinary Physiotherapy?

Physiotherapy for animals can be utilised alongside Veterinary care. Gaining referral from your Veterinary Surgeon, we can help treat and provide long-term management of a number of neurological and musculoskeletal injuries and conditions. Assisting in the rehabilitation of your animal can help provide a better quality of life, reduce pain levels, restore normal muscle control and function and help your animal move more.

I'm a qualified Vet Physio and part of the NAVP!

Being part of the NAVP ensures I have the appropriate qualification (BSc Hons) and am skilled in providing physiotherapy for animals (and I carry the relevant Insurance!). I work in accordance with legislation alongside your Veterinary Surgeon and work closely with other professionals such as hydro therapists, farriers, and trainers etc.

I work to enhance my skills post university by completing (CPD) annually to maintain my membership and learn new valuable skills and information to benefit your animal.

I will use a scientific evidence-based approach to create the best outcome for your animal!
